Are there special care instructions and intervals for the devices?
„At regular intervals – once a year – the zoom/focus guide rails, the rotating gobos, and the aperture slider bearings on the profile lights should be checked for adequate lubrication. The plastic parts of the headlight should be regularly checked for damage and beginning cracks – also see Chapter 8.9 in the manual.“
Can I also finance or lease the material or devices through you?
„No, we don’t offer our own financing. However, we can recommend leasing companies we have worked with for years. For this, feel free to contact Lisa Ott info@jb-lighting.de . There is no obligation. She can give you more information.“

Do the headlights have wireless DMX?
„Yes, Lumen Radio CRMX TiMo is permanently installed.“
Why is the M18 in white not as bright as the P18, even though the M18 has higher LED output?
„For white light in certain colour temperatures, not all colours are needed in full output. Therefore, the sum of the output is less than with white light LEDs and therefore the brightness. Do you have questions about that? Then feel free to contact Michael “Noddl” Nothelfer from technical sales.“
How much brighter is the M18 profile in the colours?
„This depends a lot on the light colour, and there is no catch-all answer. However, compared to the P18 profile, the colours are consistently brighter: red twice as bright and green/blue about 8 times as bright.“
What does the CRI express?
„Colour reproduction is a quality characteristic of artificial light, compared to natural light. A light source that does not contain all the spectrum colours of sunlight makes the colours of illuminated objects look natural — then the colour reproduction is optimal. The Colour Rendering Index, or Ra, is a key figure of a photometric quantity that describes the quality of the colour rendering of light sources with the same correlated colour temperature (CCT). The higher the CRI, or Ra value, the more naturally colours are reproduced and the more pleasantly they are perceived.“
Do the omega brackets fit all devices?
„Yes, the standard omega bracket (item No. BLOB02) fits all current headlights.“
Does JB-Lighting offer company tours?
„Yes! We love to give them! We’re always very happy to show off our production. Please write to Jule Braungardt (email: jule.braungardt@jb-lighting.de) and set up possible tour dates.“
