Can I also have you repair my lamps?
„Absolutely! To ensure faster processing of your repair request, please use our service form and insert it filled out and printed with each product upon shipping.“
I need replacement parts. Who should I contact?
„It’s best to contact Benjamin Simeg and Roland Grundner from the /Service/Ersatzteilserviceservice team directly.“
Are there special care instructions and intervals for the devices?
„At regular intervals – once a year – the zoom/focus guide rails, the rotating gobos, and the aperture slider bearings on the profile lights should be checked for adequate lubrication. The plastic parts of the headlight should be regularly checked for damage and beginning cracks – also see Chapter 8.9 in the manual.“
Do you still produce LICON light mixing consoles?
„No. We develop and produce only LED moving heads. Of course, the light mixing consoles can still be repaired — we still have all common replacement parts in storage.“
Can the LED modules be replaced?
„Yes, that is possible. However, the replacement is relatively demanding, so we recommend that our service team do it. “
